Terms & Conditions
The standard lead time on any custom SLABS by Design piece is 6 to 8 weeks, however this timeframe can vary. In many cases we may be able to deliver ahead of this time for smaller items, such as basins.
The standard lead time on any non-custom piece is five to seven days if we have stock available. This can also vary depending on your delivery needs. If you need something within a certain timeframe, we recommend getting in touch prior to placing your order.
We do our best to provide accurate lead times when your order is placed. Please note that all lead times are estimated, and we do not accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from any delay.
Orders will be displayed in Australian Dollars only.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and SLABS by Design will take place on the despatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock or our capacity to manufacture.
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- The identification of a pricing or product description error.
- You not meeting the eligibility to our order criteria set out herein.
If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by a member of the SLABS by Design team.
We reserve the right to reject any purchase offer at any time. We will take care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our Website.
Changing or Cancelling your order
If you wish to change or cancel an order, you may do so by emailing us or calling us on +61 481 567 668. You must do this as soon as possible. If the order has already commenced fabrication by us or packaged and delivery arrangements have been made, you may be financially liable. Orders cannot be cancelled once delivery has commenced or fabrication has commenced. For further information please see our Delivery page or Get in touch.
Returns for Damaged or Faulty items
We strongly recommend that you carefully check your piece/s upon receipt and prior to signing any documents. To protect your interests, any claim concerning damaged and/or defective goods found on delivery, or concerning damaged or defective goods found at a later date, must be notified within 24 hours via email or calling +61 481 567 668. SLABS by Design will address these issues on a case-by-case basis.
We proudly make and supply high-quality concrete pieces. However, due to the manufacturing process, concrete may vary in colour, texture and other markings. We do our best to select and match as appropriate but we cannot accept returns on the basis of variations which have occurred during the 'hydration' process. Any specific requirements for colour, texture and finish matching must be provided in writing and cannot or will not be guaranteed by us.

Please note that your right to return products does NOT apply to products that which have been custom designed or made to order by us.
